Naturally, Hilton needed a bold statement look for the set. She certainly didn’t disappoint The singer wore a custom Atelier Versace design that featured a white corset, netted top, and mini skirt, all finished off with iridescent crystals. (Would it be a Paris look without a little—or a lot—of sparkle?) “I have always loved collaborating with Donatella [Versace]—she is such a visionary,” says Hilton. “I absolutely love how Donatella is bold in her designs and is not afraid to take risks. They are always perfectly tailored and make you feel strong, but still feminine and sexy. She is the ultimate boss babe, and everything she puts you in makes you feel super confident.” Still, Hilton needed to put her own stamp on the Versace look. She and stylist Sammy Kassaie “referenced various looks I’ve worn for past performances, and also drew inspiration from my favorite pop icons, which gave us a solid idea for silhouette and colors,” says Hilton. After going through a round of sketches, Hilton says the Swarovski crystals covered look felt perfect for the occasion. “The stage lights illuminating the crystals gave the entire outfit an iridescent rainbow glow to match the concept of my show,” says Hilton. “This is one of my favorite performance looks ever!”
Will this be the last performance Hilton does for Pride Month? Obviously not She will be sliving (slaying plus living) her best life throughout June. “I am thrilled to be performing a special DJ set on June 25th at the Dreamland Pride in Central Park,” says Hilton. “The crowd last night in L.A. was incredible, and I can’t wait to see my fans in New York City for Pride.” She also teases that she has more new music on the way. “I just released my “Stars Are Blind” collab with the iconic Kim Petras, and I have some more fun music surprises in store this month. It’s the summer of Sliving. I love celebrating with the LGBTQ+ community every year I am always inspired by their strength, resilience and creativity.”
